after few usages it isn't flat anymore

Robust
Sticks a little when first used. Requires strict adherence to the instructions for use during the first firings. No acidic products or fat abuse for the cullet

No Teflon, yay! But give the layer care!
Food sets naturally more than with Teflon and you have to treat the pan carefully
Much slechter than steel pans.
I have not thought that beckon, rusted with oil can adhere... But with this pan everything is possible.
