Despite the reviews and product information across various websites, this product is not ready to use out of the box. If you pour crepe mix straight onto the pan, it will stick. The pan requires some preparation each time before cooking.
If you heat the pan at low to medium heat for 10-20 minutes, regularly applying some oil, then the crepes will not stick. It is then no longer necessary to apply oil or butter before each crepe.

It takes a bit of practice, but the crèpes are unbeatable! Highly recommended.
Perfect for crepes and pancakes. The trick is to use the first few times with enough fat and only half the heat. If the pan is too hot, everything sticks. It should also be allowed to heat up long enough. Unfortunately, this trick is hard to find.

i guess i'm too stupid to use this pan, but everything just sticks! I find this pan a complete waste of money.
After a few unsuccessful crêpes, we are now totally thrilled. There are no better pancakes. We would definitely buy them again.
Can not recommend to others.
