This version of the enamel casserole has a rounded shape and classic enamel handles. The lid fits well on the casserole and acts as an energy guardian: as soon as the lid starts to rattle, it's time to reduce the heat and save energy. Depending on the stove, it can be completely turned off about 5 minutes before the cooking time is up, as enamel retains heat for a long time. Therefore, we strongly recommend using pot holders to lift the pots and lids, as the enamel handles also retain heat. However, the advantage of the enamel handles is that you can confidently place the pot in the oven to keep it warm. The rim of the casserole is equipped with a sturdy chrome edge. In addition to casseroles, there are also tall stockpots, saucepans with spouts, and pouring pots. This allows you to individually assemble and continuously expand your kitchen set from the large RIESS range.
