Electronic input of the desired temperature, permanent measurement and display of the grilling temperature, grilling on original Schott-Ceran, with electronic temperature control. Fry sharply up to 380°C, keep warm and cook gently from 80°C to 160°C. Control via touch control sensors, with a signal tone when the target temperature is reached and an LED display. The housing is made of high-quality stainless steel, making it very easy to clean. It features a powerful grill heater, a residual heat indicator, and a large grill surface of 36 x 27 cm, along with a warming zone. The removable fat collecting channel is made of stainless steel, and it includes a mounting bracket for inclined position to achieve low-fat grilling, as well as cleaning scrapers and recipe ideas.
