Product details

The spatula has a firm to medium blade, which makes it suitable for turning, placing and lifting meat, pancakes or crêpes in the pan. It is also effective for dividing casseroles and can be used to mash baked batter and egg dishes such as omelettes or pancakes. Some spatulas have a flat blade with slits that allow fat to drain away quickly when turning food. The handle is 16 cm long and fits comfortably in the hand thanks to its curved shape.
