The Gourmet drum grater is a versatile kitchen appliance for efficiently grating, slicing and chopping vegetables, fruit, cheese, nuts or chocolate. It is superbly designed, ergonomic and comes with 3 different drums. 3 additional drums are optionally available.

• The entire housing is made of coated cast aluminium; the drums are made of high-quality stainless steel.
• A strong suction foot reliably holds the grater in place on smooth surfaces. With an additional table clamp, the grater can also be attached to rougher surfaces.

The new Gourmet drum grater is characterised by improved ease of use. It is more compatible with standard mixing bowls. The centred plunger is easier to guide and more ergonomic to use. Cleaning is now even easier and secure attachment to various work surfaces has been optimised.
The mixing bowls can be stored in a tube provided. This improves tidiness and minimises the risk of injury.
