Question about Kuhn Rikon Black Star
Floor is not flat! This is not relevant on a grill grate, but it is on a ceramic hob. If I put the pan on the ceramic hob and press on the edge, it wobbles. What is the situation with yours? Do they wobble in general, or is mine just a model that's out of date? If it doesn't lie flat, energy is lost. Thank you for your feedback!

I use mine on an induction stove (flat surface). It does not wobble at all, the pan is perfectly flat.
As far as I know, this is partly intentional, as the floor bends again somewhat due to the heating and becomes flat when heated. It is best to check briefly whether the problem exists only when cold or also when heated.
