Question about Demeyere Apollo
I am disappointed. The most basic things are missing. For example is it stainless steel or carbon? It seems from the description that it is more stainless steel but this should be clarified.
After clarification with our responsible department we can inform you that this pan is constructed of the following seven metal layers:
-stainless steel in the middle
-pure aluminium for adhesion
-aluminium alloy for temperature distribution
-pure aluminium
-a magnetic combination of three metal alloys (TriplInduc) for the induction plates
