I am interested in purchasing the WMF Quality One saucepan set (which includes a frying pan). The price is 186. Before ordering, I would like to know if this product is new, or if it is reconditioned, returned or has a packaging defect? Thank you

The pot set for CHF 186 is new and in its original packaging.

It is neither a return nor a repaired set.

I have it myself at home and am super satisfied :)
