No, the black pots do not have a smooth coating on the inside. Basically this is not a problem, but frying without oil or with very little oil (e.g. according to Weight Watcher) does not work so well. I have the black pots and am very satisfied. Stews and soups always turn out well and the roasting residues that form during prolonged use also occur on enamelled surfaces.

No, it doesn't seem to be enamelled.

I don't think it's enamelled but my coating doesn't stick at all... I bake bread in the casserole and in the oven at 200°C without any problem.
I have other enamelled casseroles and I find that they spoil very quickly.
