Is this pan also suitable for reheating food, e.g. pasta, curry...? Or does it only tend to fry meat...?
So the professionals probably use more optimal ones, as the answers above show. We only use this pan for everything and often reheat leftovers with it. You can do everything with it if you want, we are really satisfied.
You can already reheat food, but it would be a bit of a hassle because the pan takes quite a long time to reheat due to its 7 layers. I would buy a thin and cheap pan for this.
The pan is suitable for high temperatures. For reheating pasta etc., I recommend a coated "Teflon" pan.
