Question about Rösle Elegance
So with "ProCera" coating, this ceramic sealant that can be used in the oven up to 400 °C, right? Are the pans also PFOA-free? Are they from the ELEGANCE or MOMENTS series?

The pans from the "Elegance 2-piece ProCera pan set" from Rösle have a ProCera ceramic coating that can be used in the oven at temperatures up to 400 °C.
These pans are PFOA-free, as ceramic coatings such as ProCera are generally free from PFOA.
The pans belong to the "Elegance" series and not the "Moments" series.
Unfortunately not yet, but we have forwarded the input for a product range survey.
Do you also have ProCera products from the MOMENTS series?
