Why on this item do I have a supplement added and not on others? "Supplement for small quantities Surcharge for small quantities from 50€ onwards".

Are there screws included here because I want to put them on the top of my case, but without the fan.

Yes. 4 screws are included!

I don't quite understand where to put it? I have a 12 cm fan at the front, top and rear, including a large fan on the side. I assume it comes out the back, doesn't it?

If you want the fan grill on the rear fans, you must first unscrew the fans. Then, on the inside of the enclosure, first the fan grill and then the fan. That would be the direction of the outflowing air.
