The Distance Carbon with fixed length was developed in collaboration with BD athlete Joe Grant and weighs only 95 grams per pole (120 cm), making it the lightest pole BD has ever produced. The contact points are minimal yet well-placed, such as the subtle ring in the middle of the shaft for balance and grip when the pole is carried horizontally. The lightweight ultra EVA grip provides the right amount of comfort, and the lower shafts feature removable, volume-reduced washers for ultimate versatility. In short: The Distance Carbon is designed to be fast, whether you're embarking on a 10-hour trek or quickly and lightly summiting peaks.
