The BOB has become a popular trailer for bikers and touring cyclists in recent years. The coupling is attached to the grooves of the included special quick-release axle and secured with two spring pins. This prevents the trailer from tipping over, and its stability and tracking characteristics are excellent. The trailer, developed in the USA, is manufactured in Taiwan. For transport by train and plane, the fork and rear wheel can be removed.

Versions: The MTB 26" has a coupling fork that is 6 cm shorter than the 28" version. The 28" version is suitable for all wheel sizes.

Construction: Lightweight welded steel tube frame with a hook for securing luggage. Floor: Welded mesh (1 cm mesh size) with the frame. Color: Polyester resin, black powder-coated.

Wheels: Aluminum rim 16 x 1.75" (47-305), 28-hole aluminum QR hub with cone bearings. Fenders: Aluminum fender with reflector. Coupling: The included coupling quick-release is swapped out for the existing quick-release. Full axle adapters should be used for bikes with full axle hubs or hub gears. By reversing the cam sleeves, the trailer can be used with bikes that have clamping widths of 130 - 140 mm.
