The Brooks Scape Handlebar Roll is made for rough off-road use. It consists of two separate elements: a strap holder and a lightweight waterproof drybag with two inner compartments. The strap holder can be attached to racing handlebars and straight handlebars. Bulky items can be strapped to the outside. An additional clip holds the strap in place permanently.
