Allows the connection of the Coho XC trailer to bicycles equipped with 12 mm rear axle diameters. Various thread pitches and lengths are available. Standard diameter axles cannot accommodate an axle-mounted trailer system. A Burley Ballz diameter axle is required to use the Coho XC with a bicycle that has a 12 mm rear axle diameter. The Burley Ballz diameter axle is not compatible with all carbon bike frames.
