The chain has been designed to run exclusively on the currently used chainring, avoiding any friction with adjacent sprockets. A special nickel-PTFE surface treatment ensures smooth running characteristics and a long lifespan. To further reduce weight, the chain pins feature a slightly larger hollow bore. The Ultra-Link chain closure system allows for optimal function with 11-speed sprockets and high durability. A special design of the outer chain link ensures quick gear shifts even under load.
