It is ideally suited for ambitious recreational players and regular hobbyists, featuring high-quality wood and grip materials. The ITTF-approved Spinmax rubber from Schildkröt offers excellent grip and effectively transfers spin to the ball. The 2.1 mm thick sponge between the rubber and wood generates a high level of power; faster ball speeds with the same effort are an advantage over a thinner and therefore cheaper sponge. The ERGO grip, with its rounded, flowing transition from the handle to the blade, feels significantly better in hand than traditional rackets and prevents pressure points on the index finger. This technology, established in competitive sports, is now making its way into the realm of recreational complete rackets, allowing for quick transitions from forehand to backhand (and vice versa), which is a clear advantage in fast table tennis matches. The PLS technology (Power Light System) is also immediately noticeable: thanks to the transparent lens, you can see through the hollow handle. This construction makes the racket lighter and more head-heavy; the result is very pleasant handling and optimized power.
