Finding the Right Bike Saddle

Finding the right saddle is a science in itself. However, you can narrow down your options if you know the distance between your sit bones. You can either have this measured at a specialty store or sit on a piece of cardboard, pull your legs up, and then measure the distance between the indentations made by your sit bones in the cardboard.
