The SportOmed® models from Meindl are crafted using a special Comfort fit® last. The lining leather of the Meindl Badia is made entirely of soft padded leather, which has a high moisture absorption capacity and is chrome-free tanned. There are no seams in the forefoot area. A distinctive feature of the SportOmed® shoes is the soft cushioning volume compensation under the cork footbed, which can also be removed to create more space for individual adjustments to orthopedic insoles.
