S-Series
The roof prism and Porro prism binoculars of the S-Series feature an objective lens diameter greater than 40 mm. Equipped with the same high-quality coatings as the A-Series, impeccable image quality is guaranteed. Characteristic of this series is the high light intensity due to the large objective lens diameter.

Multi-coating on all lenses
Optimal light transmission is one of the most important aspects of the viewing quality of binoculars. This is also at the core of the new technologies for the current PENTAX Sport Optics series. The "Full-Multi-Coating" of all lenses is regarded as the new standard coating. It improves light transmission and contrast while minimizing reflections and ensuring excellent color fidelity.

Enhanced Light Transmission coating
The new "Enhanced Light Transmission Coating" elevates the optical level of the new PENTAX binoculars to a significantly higher standard. This optimized light transmission coating increases light permeability and guarantees exceptionally bright images with precise color reproduction.

Lens protection coating
The lenses of the S-Series are specially coated with the "Protective Lens Coating." This nanotechnology-based hydrophobic protective coating that repels water, oil, dust, and dirt extends viewing comfort over time. As a result, the corresponding PENTAX binoculars excel even under the harshest viewing conditions.
