For cyclists who want more flexibility, ventilation, and freedom of movement, the Joint VPD Air Elbow offers minimal coverage of the elbows. The Crash Retention Strap (CRS) on the elbow model additionally prevents slipping during rides. The Joint VPD Air is thinner than the top model, Joint VPD 2.0, and features a non-slip neoprene insert on the inside. The elastic strap on the knee pad and the Crash Retention Strap (CRS) on the elbow model also help prevent slipping while riding.
