1. i like the Ortler Alley Caravan 20" - bike. Since this bike is apparently delivered from Germany, I would be interested to know how the 2-year bring-in guarantee is supposed to work. Do I then have to bring the bike to Germany or is there a service point in Switzerland? 2. can I rely on the fact that the bicycle mentioned can withstand a maximum load of 150 kg?

Smaller things can be solved at our service partners, but if a major warranty case should occur, you would have to send the bike in. However, it should still remain in Switzerland. In summary, we are the first point of contact in the event of a warranty claim. Yes, according to the manufacturer, the bike should be able to withstand up to 150 kg.
