Hi, I don't know if this bike carrier is compatible with the Honda Jazz, but I do know that if you have to lean on the rear window, you can't expect to be able to carry more than 28 kg.
According to the manufacturer, you can load max. 45 kg.... so 25 kilos should not be a problem.
I bought the bike carrier and was on the road with two lighter bikes, but it was absolutely no problem!
