It does not have a power measurement and so I cannot judge whether one can be coupled with Ant+. I assume not.

According to our enquiry with the supplier, only the colour is different. This Velocomupter is white and the Sigma Sport Rox 4.0 GPS is black.

No. The ROX 4.0 has to use a navigation app to navigate. The ROX only offers a display for a navigation app. It works well for me with Komoot.

No, that is not possible as far as I know!
no. I use it on the road bike. It can be used for any bike.
You can use the product with any garmin mount. For example, I use the garmin edge aero (available at galaxus).
Hello, for my part, there was the GPS, the charging cable and the support to put on a handlebar with two plastic clamps, and the manual.

I have never driven without additional accessories and the speed measurement was OK for me via the GPS reception.
I got a cadence sensor, a speed sensor, chest strap and stem mount. It's best to buy another set of batteries for the sensors. They run out pretty quickly (this summer I used 3 sets...) But otherwise it's really a TOP device which I would buy again immediately.
Only the Velocomputer without any accessories such as USB charging cable or bike mounting kit.
With the supplied fastening. Very simple !
