As far as I know, it is compatible with all Thule Chariot models. The question is rather how much weight needs to be towed. A 2-seater with two children is already exhausting.
We ordered the set here for 313. Unfortunately we could only use it once. Please contact us if you are interested. We would sell it.

According to the manufacturer, this product is compatible with Thule Chariot Cross models. Yes it is :)
No, it is only compatible with the models from 2017.
