Thule FreeRide 532
Thule FreeRide 532
Can be moved very easily. Works for all bicycle sizes.
There is a lock on the part that attaches to the frame, but it's fairly simple and I wouldn't rely on it if I was leaving the bike for any length of time. You can see the lock in the product video.
Hello, are supplied. Mfg
Is the carrier also suitable for bikes with frame size XL? Or should I rather opt for the Pro model?
I don't know, because I still haven't received the product....
Unfortunately, it does not work. You need a rail such as the Thule Evo WingBar.
The clamp for the downtube has its limits. So it's not extremely wide. Therefore, I assume that the carrier will not work with most e-bikes.
I use the rack for my bike with 26 inch wheels and "usual" bike tyres 2.25 inch wide. 27.5 inch or 29 inch wheels will certainly also fit. A bike with normal bike tyres can be mounted well on the carrier, but I would not mount bikes with balloon tyres "fatbikes".
The FreeRide can be mounted on all trusses. With the rectangular trusses, you do not need the adapter.
