Yes, there is. But I would advise you against it. The original tyres wear out quickly with regular use. At the beginning I always replaced them with the original tyres. Since I started using Schwalbe (Marathon) tyres, I have never had to replace them. They also have more tread.

According to my research, the manufacturer's number is correct: Right wheel suitable for various Thule Chariot trailers from 2017. Hope I could help you a little further. :)
The manufacturer doesn't seem to give any information on this and unfortunately I didn't find any other precise answers to your question. I assume, however, that this should be possible. If not, you should be able to return the item if necessary.
