Not quite satisfactory
Handy bike carrier, with a few simple steps it is mounted on the trailer hoe. During the test run of the Bikemontage the first problems presented themselves. Bike of the latest generation with wide handlebars and carbon inclined frames can not be mounted optimally. For the first bike, the handlebars had to be placed in a different position or the saddle had to be removed for the second bike so that the bikes did not get in each other's way. For the assembly of the second bike, the water bottle holder had to be removed so that the Thule gripper could be attached.

- Good carrier for conventional bikes.
- Folding variant optimal to supply and needs little space.

- For the latest bike generation as described above not optimal.

Fits for large eBikes - I can now recommend
After my frustration to the EasyFold XT2 carrier (see comment) and the fact that with the previously purchased carrier no larger Fully eBikes can be attached, the switch to the 3 model has now convinced me. The tip came from Thule support.
There are some things to consider:
- This carrier requires a Fix4Bike clutch. Who does not know what that is, you can look at the photo No. 1. Who has his such clutch should definitely buy this model, because the assembly is simple and very safe
- Whether 1, 2 or 3 bikes does not matter. The larger carrier has a high U-bracket and thus the center tube can be easily reached
- I have documented further details with photos
- And: From March 2022 there is the additional red control plate - finally eliminates the tedious dismantling and mounting of the control plate

Sold again...
A great carrier in itself, but a Flyper Uproc7 cannot be transported safely because the bar is not wide enough and not high enough. There are no optimal attachment points.

Unfortunately not ideal for 2 E-MTB Fully
Bike fixation for Fully E-MTB is almost impossible with basic equipment. Fixation arms would have to be modified accordingly. Other suppliers have found a solution and developed a flexible solution instead of the frame clamp.

Not suitable for Cube Fully e-bike
It is not possible to mount two Cube Fullys with the supplied mounting arms.
Thule also does not have any suitable mounting frames on sale as accessories.

Quality top - holding arms flop
Modern, full-suspension E-MTBs are (almost) impossible to mount. Retaining arms are too short.
Possibly detachable with frame adapter 928. Note the distance between the seat post and steering head here too!Pro

Great bike rack but.......
I have a CUBE STEREO HYBRID 120 TM 750 and unfortunately it's not so easy to fit.
It's also rather tight with the wheels.Pro

Not made for electric mountain bikes
We have 2 CUBE brand full-suspension mountain bikes whose frame is not cylindrical tubes... which is not really compatible with the system. We have to improvise to hang them, so the anti-theft security of the bikes is not 100% closed...
During transport, this security could even open according to the vibrations and shocks due to the road.
We will secure our bikes with a lock and a rope to be sure not to lose them during our trips.
This is not at all convenient.
Also, make sure you have some protection between the bikes so that they don't get knocked around!
Thule should provide specific options for new bikes.
PS: the ramp option is totally useless!

Otherwise quite ok.
The delivery worked great, but I ordered an additional adapter, which was delivered in a separate package and a day later, although this adapter would have easily fit in the first package. The competition does this much better!

Total rubbish.
Total scrap. The gripper arms are not very flexible, 1-2 joints (=degrees of freedom) are missing to be able to attach bikes with different frame geometries. Other manufacturers can do this much better

Conditionally suitable for full suspension e-mountain bike... pity
With pleasure I have ordered the EasyFold XT 2. When trying to attach my new e-mountain bike Scott Genius, then came the disillusionment. The spacer / bracket are set too low. An attachment to the frame is not possible! As I judge, this carrier is unfortunately not suitable for full-suspension e-mountain bikes with vertical damper! Too bad ...

My expectations were too high
According to the description, the carrier for 2 bikes is suitable for 2 e-fat or mountain bikes.
Fitting it to the towbar was easy and made a good impression.
All the lights worked straight away.
What didn't convince me personally was the stability of the loaded stand.
The wheels wobbled wildly at the slightest movement.
It was unthinkable to ride it at more than 80 km/h.
The fact that the rail in which the tyres are placed is very short means that the wheels are only 1 cm in the rail, which gives the wheels very little contact surface and support. The tensioning strap ratchets are made of cheap plastic which showed signs of wear the first time I tried them.
The second bike had little or almost no space. If you want to transport 2 bikes it is better to buy the bike carrier for 3 to prevent the bikes from knocking against each other.
All in all, I was not convinced by the product and returned it.Pro

Don't buy this bike rack, and especially not on galaxus...
I bought 663.- said to be compatible with most bikes, unpacked the box carefully I tried to mount my Vttae all suspended but impossible to fix my bike on it, put in the original box a scotch and sent back to galaxus explaining that it was impossible for me to fix my bike.I was very careful not to make any marks when I tried to mount my bike on it, everything was sent back in perfect condition and bad surprise, I was charged 10% plus 7.- for return postage, I understand that they have to unpack the product to check that it is in new condition but they charge over 70.00 - even though I haven't used it - it's theft... so thank you galaxus but I'll never be one of your customers again!!! I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST THIS BIKE RACK AND GALAXUS...

Super bike carrier - BUT ATTENTION: not suitable for every e-bike!
Although the rack is advertised as "suitable for e-bikes", it is by no means suitable for all e-bikes. I couldn't attach my e-bike with the existing clamps. I had to switch to the Thule Epos. This new and slightly more expensive carrier is probably suitable for 99% of all bikes and e-bikes.
