The Ritchey WCS Trail Stem is the first stem specifically designed for today's trail bikes with 5-6 inches of travel and wide handlebars. The Trail Stem is more than just an upgraded version of other stems. Ritchey has reworked the patented C260 clamp into a 220-degree version that accommodates a wider variety of riser bar bends while still providing a dramatic increase in stiffness and strength compared to competitors' designs. By using a 3D-forged 2014 alloy, the WCS Trail Stem offers outstanding strength while remaining very lightweight. The extra-wide handlebar clamp elevates stiffness to the next level, fits most riser handlebars, and ensures plenty of secure control on the trail.
