The Ritchey WCS Trail Stem is our first stem specifically designed for today's trail bikes with wide handlebars. More than just an upgraded version of its predecessor, the Trail features an updated patented C260 clamp in a 220-degree version, suitable for a wider variety of riser bar bends while still offering a dramatic increase in stiffness and strength compared to competitors. The WCS Trail Stem, made from 3D forged 2014 alloy, provides superior strength while remaining lightweight. The extra-wide handlebar clamp elevates stiffness to a new level, fits most riser bars, and ensures confident control on the trail.
