We present the Alp Trainer 20, our functional backpack for shorter hiking tours in the mountains. It features our new Dry Back Air carrying system, which is designed to keep your back dry. With 26% less contact area than our previous designs, it reduces body contact without compromising load control. The integrated ventilation system with breathable materials enhances airflow to your back. After 15 minutes of activity, the new Dry Back Air system lowers the temperature on your back by 1.5 °C compared to our previous Air Fit system.

Our lightweight, split shoulder straps also reduce body contact, allowing for greater perspiration and comfort, improved air circulation, and mobility. Additionally, you can securely tighten the backpack with the Twin Compression System (TCS) to carry the load close to your body and move confidently. The capacity can be quickly and easily adjusted, for example, after you’ve taken out your rain jacket.

We have equipped the Alp Trainer backpack with all the features you need while eliminating unnecessary ones. Features include a quick-access front pocket, side mesh pockets for easy access, a rain cover, and attachment options for trekking poles. This backpack is also compatible with the Salewa hydration bladder holder and designed for use with a hydration system.
