The Deore XT RD-M8000 rear derailleur features the optimized SHADOW+ technology with a flat angle of attack and an extremely low profile, keeping sensitive components out of harm's way. Shifting performance has been enhanced with newly designed jockey wheels and optimized for cross-running chains. Additionally, you have the option to adjust the mechanism for minimal operating forces or maximum stability.
