The Jumper is an air-filled trampoline ball made from durable Ruton. A variety of versatile exercises can be performed on the Jumper, allowing for the training of almost every muscle group in the body. Due to its instability, the stabilizing muscles of the feet and core are engaged during nearly all exercises.
In addition to muscle training, exercising on the Jumper also promotes balance, coordination, and sensorimotor skills. The trampoline effect adds a lot of fun to the workout. Jumper exercises specifically target the stabilizing core and back muscles. For this reason, the balance trainer has been awarded the AGR quality seal (Action for a Healthy Back e.V.).
The material is odorless and can support up to 200 kg (TOGU Jumper Mini supports up to 100 kg). The product is latex-free and contains no banned plasticizers (according to EU Directive 2005/84/EC). Air filling can be adjusted using a pump and needle valve. Delivery includes an exercise poster.
