Yes.
The alarm clock is set in the app and synchronised to the clock for offline mode.
It is not coupled with the standard alarm function of the mobile phone.
(At least on Android, I suspect iOS too, but I can't confirm this).

Can the fitbit be connected to a Samsung mobile phone?
