Does the Thule "Coucar" hammock from the 2015 also fit in the new Thule Sport 2019? Does it have a facility for the crossbar at the feet of the hammock?

No, this one will not fit. The new hammock is only attached to existing loops (chassis) with metal hooks (hammock). So you would have to "tinker" something yourself
