Hello, Is it possible to buy the two-spring luggage rack only? The new brackets (one spring) are not compatible with the Caress models designed for two-spring brackets. Thank you for your help. YF

No idea what you mean. The seat and the bracket for the luggage carrier, including the 2 springs you can see, are a complete unit - at least on my model...
I can't answer whether any of these are available separately.
