Hello, Is it possible to mount it directly on the bike's luggage rack without attaching it to the frame tube? Thank you.

I have mounted the part directly on the luggage rack, it doesn't need any other adapters or anything similar. There are clips on the child seat that cling to the carrier. It holds very well, I've been travelling with it for 2 weeks and I'm very happy (and so is my child) :)

There is probably a second version of this seat, which is designed to be attached to the frame. But it has a different order number. Probably this one: Thule Yepp 2 Maxi (rear frame mount)
