How high is the part that attaches to the pipe? The diameter must be between 2-4cm, but it doesn't say anywhere how high it is, I only have 5cm space...

It depends a bit on where you measure. But between 5.5cm and 8cm. 5.5cm is what is attached directly to the pipe and 8cm is the whole thing.
