Question about Maxxus Standboxsack

Since I'm unfortunately not allowed to hang up a bag by the landlords, I would like to buy this bag, but I'm a bit worried that the bag will tip over during kicks or knee kicks. Does anyone have any experience with this? I know that the stand can be filled, but I still have my doubts. Thank you very much and best regards.

It's stable and definitely doesn't tip over (1.85, 90kg for reference). With strong kicks, the part swings around a bit but that's what it's supposed to do... not so much with punches. But it will never tip over.

The thing does not tip over! BUT you need to put something soft and cushioning (carpet, gym mat etc) underneath. If you use it on a tiled or parquet floor, for example, it will rumble and bang too loudly. The bag will not tip over but it will move and transfer the energy to the floor.
