It's stable and definitely doesn't tip over (1.85, 90kg for reference). With strong kicks, the part swings around a bit but that's what it's supposed to do... not so much with punches. But it will never tip over.

If you mean the punching bag itself, no, it is filled. Only the foot must be filled with sand or water, otherwise it wobbles.

Hello, the whole punching bag is 190-195 cm high! Important: If it is standing on a smooth surface (tiles, parquet etc.), you have to put something underneath it that won't slip! E.g. a rubber mat. Despite the foot, the bag does slip a bit, especially if you always hit it from the same side (e.g. because the bag is in a corner). Greetings Marc
