The spiral drill from Alpen is a highly developed tool designed for precise drilling in alloyed and unalloyed steels. With a diameter of 2.3 mm and a length of 53 mm, this drill offers an optimal combination of flexibility and stability. The special HSS (High-Speed Steel) construction ensures high elasticity and toughness, minimizing the risk of breakage. The drill is suitable for use in hand drills and allows for efficient processing, even with larger diameters, without requiring high feed pressure. Thanks to the optimized drill geometry and the special ALPEN sharpening, drilling time is reduced by about one third, increasing productivity. The high service life of the drill is further enhanced by the use of high-quality HSS steel and a special heat treatment.
