Sandflex bi-metal hole saws perform excellently in most materials such as wood, plastic, non-ferrous and ferrous steels, including stainless steel. The bimetal design features 8% cobalt for higher wear resistance. These saws are suitable for electric drills, both stationary and portable. Side slots enable quick and easy removal of the cores, with a maximum cutting depth of 38 mm (1 1/2"). The hole saws have 4/6 teeth per inch, and the maximum hole size is the nominal hole saw size plus 1.5 mm, minus 0.0.
