The F550 Expert for Metal sanding belt features an outstanding material removal rate on metal surfaces. The zirconium corundum grains combine excellent material removal with high durability, nearly matching that of fiberglass discs. The high material removal rate during operation requires minimal effort to achieve the desired results. The vulcanized F-paper provides wear resistance and stability when working with hard materials. It is used for dry sanding of steel, steel alloys, stainless steel (Inox), and titanium, as well as for roughening surfaces and sanding weld seams and transitions. It is also suitable for grinding, deburring, cleaning, and derusting steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals. Thanks to the electrostatically closed grain distribution and cooling additives, metal is optimally removed. The full synthetic resin bond of the sanding grains on vulcanized F-fiber paper ensures wear resistance even under the toughest conditions. The sanding sheet can be quickly and easily handled, changed, and secured thanks to Bosch's hook-and-loop fastening system.
