The SL7 modular safety tower from Eaton enhances the safety, productivity, and availability of your machinery and equipment. These new signal towers feature an attractive rounded shape and include a 100 dB acoustic module for improved audibility, along with IP66-rated mounting hardware that is resistant to strong water jets. The quick mounting and wiring system of the SL7 signal towers allows for easy and rapid changes to the composition of individual signal colors. The mounting adapter utilizes a bayonet mount, so electrical wiring only needs to be connected once, allowing the lower part to remain on the machine. Various mounting options are available for applications where ceiling clearance is limited or different signals are required on the left or right side. Type approvals and certifications for Europe and North America have been obtained; shipping classifications and CCC are pending.
