The modular safety tower SL7 from Eaton enhances the safety, productivity, and availability of your machines and systems. These new signal towers feature an appealing rounded design, an acoustic module with 100 dB for improved audibility, and IP66-certified mounting hardware that withstands strong water jets. The quick mounting and wiring system allows for easy and rapid changes to the composition of individual signal colors. The mounting adapter uses a bayonet attachment, so the electrical wiring only needs to be connected once, allowing the lower part to remain on the machine. Various mounting options are available for applications with limited ceiling clearance or where different signals are required on the left or right side. Type approvals and certifications for Europe and North America have been obtained; shipping classifications and CCC are still pending.
