The device for DIN rail can be fully configured using the FINDER Toolbox app on the smartphone. Once the configuration is complete, the data set is transferred to the timer simply by placing the smartphone on the device housing. The data transfer works even without power supply to the timer, as the smartphone itself induces the NFC chip to become active. Consequently, it can be conveniently configured in the office right after unpacking and then installed in the distribution box or control cabinet already fully programmed.
