The fischer Power-Fast FPF-ST A2P made of stainless steel A2 is a screw with partial thread and internal star drive. The countersunk head allows for flush mounting in wood. The partial thread design enables the tight joining of wooden elements. The screw is suitable for all approval-relevant fastenings of load-bearing components in coated wood, hardwood, softwood, and wood connections. This includes all wood connections in outdoor areas, pergolas, fences, facades, playground equipment, as well as door and metal fittings.
Advantages: The unique Power-Fast thread extends to the tip of the screw, ensuring quick engagement. This noticeably facilitates processing in all wood materials. The shaft milling ribs (for partial thread screws from 50 mm in length) reduce the driving resistance, allowing for power- and battery-saving work. The optimized head geometry enables precise and splinter-free surface finishing even with edge-near screw connections without breaking the screw. The underhead milling ribs ensure an appealing surface finish. The high-performance sliding coating reduces friction and speeds up the screwing process. The ETA assessment guarantees the high safety and premium quality of fischer Power-Fast screws in both soft and hardwoods.
Applications: Preferably wood-to-wood connections, general wood connections, tightening of elements, approval-relevant applications, cladding. Materials: Glued laminated timber, cross-laminated timber, veneer plywood panels (e.g., multiplex), hardwoods (pre-drilled), particle boards and oriented strand boards (e.g., OSB boards), plywood, solid wood panels, softwoods, and many other wood materials.
Functionality: Screws with partial threads can firmly clamp wooden components against each other. Screws with countersunk heads can be sunk flush in the wood.
