The Multi-Monti®-plus screw anchor (MMS-plus) is an advancement of the Multi-Monti® concrete screw. It is screwed directly into a pre-drilled hole without a plug and is immediately load-bearing. The reinforced threading at the screw tip cuts an internal thread into the building material during installation. This creates a form fit, which ultimately secures the anchor. This not only simplifies the installation process but also ensures a high level of application safety for the craftsman.

The Multi-Monti®-plus concrete screw can be processed close to edges and without a torque wrench, is fully disassemblable, and can be reused after testing.
